Hypnotherapy is a natural process whereby a person enters a deep state of relaxation. The subconscious becomes open to suggestion and during the process, positive changes can be made.
Hypnotherapy can be an efficient way of resolving negative influences that threaten a person’s physical and emotional well-being.
You may not realise this, but everyone has experienced a trance state many times throughout their life. For example, you may carry out a familiar journey without remembering every detail. Most people can be hypnotised if they want to be.
Can I be made to do or say something I don’t want to?
Not at all. You will be in control at all times via your subconscious.
You will feel relaxed during hypnosis and will come out of trance feeling rested and calm. You will remember everything.
Can I get stuck in a hypnotic state?
No. You are able to come out of a trance whenever you wish.
Absolutely. As a professional member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and National Counselling Society, I am bound by a strict code of ethics. This includes keeping anything we discuss within the sessions confidential. If you have any other questions or concerns, we can address them in our sessions.
